We are your Anti Bribery Management System Advisor

With the passing of Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Act, 2009 and the requirement for companies, corporations and partnerships doing business in Malaysia to put in place adequate procedures to prevent bribery in connection with its business, bribery prevention is now seen as a management issue. In essence, top level management must now demonstrate commitment and take primary responsibility for the effectiveness of its anti-bribery program. Failure to do so can give rise to severe fine and imprisonment penalties.

Triune ABMS Advisory Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 201901028200 (1337529-V)) (“Triune ABMS Advisory”) is a company established to assist businesses entities in Malaysia navigate the minefields of corporate and personal liabilities under the Malaysian anti-corruption initiatives and legislations.
